38 3 wire sub panel diagram

I used a multimeter to identify the signal/ground wires for the share button (on a side panel), but I'm not able to identify the other side buttons (turbo, home, R3, & L3), which are all connected to a different sub board. The main pcb board is GW808, but I'm not able to find a labeled picture of it on the internet. Would someone with this board and stick mind helping me identify the wires for those buttons? (I don't understand why the multimeter wasn't able to identify them.) Alternativ... I have many ancient 2 prong outlets in my house, and I have had to use 2 prong to 3 prong adapters for lots of appliances the past 10 years. Does anyone have a good block diagram or can describe how an apartment building (\~10 units) electric panel / sub-panels are wired.
